Born as Sidney Williams on 3 March 1942, Sid Williams is a US diplomat and served in the office from 27 March 1994 to 11 January 1998 during the presidency of Bill Clinton. He was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, while he was raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Wheatley High School in 1959, where he played high school football. He attended Southern University in Louisiana, where he played college football. He received a master from Pepperdine University.
